Study On The Mechanism Of Urbanization And Relative Problems In The Mid Rural Areas

This paper analysis the process of the A town in order to get the mechanism of our country,and on the basement, response the urbanization strategy and correlative policies.The urbanization of A town is dominanted by the A town government,and on the basis of the finance decentralization and the pressure system. The background of this process is the captical surplus and the peasant and village community in our country.In the peasant and village community,the cooperation in the family and out the family is the basement of the system which migrant workers are able to work in city as a labour and are able to return community when the city account the economic crisis,and the low cost mechanism of production in the agricultural production and peasant reproduction.The positive urbanization destrosied the peasant and village community,and the low cost mechanism of the agricultural production and the peasant reproduction,which will feedback and deteriorate the macroeconomic.The positive urbanization worsen the assignment across the land rent reallocate,and overdraft more than five years future in the area of A town.In restriction of the south-north duality structure and the serious tension person-terra relation,keeping the low cost peasant and village community is the tactic for a long time.And in the vicious circulation between the community and the city,any active measures to drive the positive urbanization is wrong.
