The Examination Of X College' Project Of Energy Management

Individuals all have our water resources and the number of low energy state, nearly half of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) per capita water resources is less than the standard line of severe water shortage. But individuals in China is the amount of energy and water consumption of a huge number of countries to urban residents per capita water consumption, for example, many cities in China ranked the world's top few. And many of our institutions of University, according to statistics, their energy and water consumption surpasses the level of domestic consumption of urban residents more than double the average, which implies a lot of waste. Enormous energy and water consumption as a major cause is the lack of effective management.In this paper, the ongoing building of institutions of University on campus activities as saving the background, the use of project management theory, control energy consumption in a university project management were studied. University level through the establishment of energy management agencies, clear energy saving targets in a college, establish a sound project management system, demonstrated transformation program, developed a University energy management program, the implementation of programs, and projects related to key management system schedule to complete the project's cost-benefit analysis, a more comprehensive energy management in a university project from the preparation stage, analysis and planning phase, implementation phase, inspection and test operation phase, normal operation of the stage to do a comprehensive study. The results of this study, other institutions of University in China's energy management will have some reference.
