With China's university history as main line,with a great deal of historical dataas basis,With a great deal of education historical material and reality developmentissues as basis,with system analysis and history analysis as theoretical foundation andwith three typical universities in the initial as example, The present thesis thoroughlycombs the transitional management system in the initial of China's university history.China's university education is a process of continuous study, learning from thewestern developed countries, adding it to China's traditional education and graduallybuilding new education management system. Each time, choosing and changing themodels was deeply influenced by the complex and changeable political situation.According to the unity of logical and history,the characteristics of the universityeducation management system in the initial of China's university were summarizedand induced,and the gain and loss of management system in the initial of China'suniversity were disclosed and analyzed. It is very significant for the current reform ofChina's university to summarize experiences and lessons of the evolution of themodern China's university education.Today's universities are continuation of the past and extension of tomorrow.China's higher education of modern significance dates from late Qing dynasty.Among the compilation of educational data in the initial, choose relevant data toanalyze and discuss, such as data of Imperial University of Peking, data of BeiyangUniversity and Shandong University in the initial.
