With the further promotion to our bilingual teaching experiment in education field, the problems about the deficient of bilingual teachers' training and lagging problems also prominent increasingly. Since 2007, the training projects for bilingual teacher in our district give a large number of teachers and moneys in music education. In the development of training which about the primary and middle school teachers in music, a lot of questions appearing such as lack of discipline knowledge training, teaching methods are not nimble and are short of Chinese language. These problems give the difficulties to the bilingual teaching. In the bilingual teaching of music, Chinese as a goal or means in bilingual teaching combined with mother tongue is the important factor which can succeed.But music education lied on aesthetic experience and edifying sentiment primarily which has many special requirements for language. How to make full use of the characteristic which music course combined with a wide variety of courses to establish a bilingual teaching strategy and pattern that suitable for development of trained students'body or mind and give the special attention to the characteristic of Xinjiang region is the difficult problems that should be exploring and resolving.This research mainly take the which about Xinjiang music education as the investigative object which tracking and investigating the students who accept bilingual education in bilingual training department of Xinjiang Normal University (adult education institute of Xinjiang Normal University). According the reach, we can see that part of the students'bilingual ability and level is limited; Different people have the different Chinese study practice can influence the effect of bilingual study directly; The training materials have the problems of lacking of wealthy contents and full systems.Based on multicultural perspective, we can combine the view of international point with the teaching in Xinjiang music "bilingual education" for minority nationality. Through the unique study which combine the Chinese as the educational medium with local music language in Xinjiang, we can give some opinions and suggestions to establish a strategy or a pattern which suitable for regional characteristic on music bilingual education.This paper is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1 is introduction. Mostly explaining about the purpose, significance and research methods of this investigation and study. Author also sum up the pattern of music bilingual education in domestic and international area.Chapter 2, author discusses the situation and status of music bilingual education in region particularly. Discussing the main circumstance of music bilingual education in region from the construction of teachers'teaching, development of material, curriculum setting, evaluation system and policies etc.Chapter 3, looking for the effective elements which influence music bilingual education in region from analysising and summering.Chapter 4, combining the unique factor of local language in Xinjiang and music language, actively exploring the advantage of the language study in music bilingual education and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
