Teachers are the important guarantee of the teaching quality. Therefore, strengthening the construction of the teachers is the significant base of the smooth development of the education career. A healthy relationship between teachers and students determines the capability of the teachers for the teaching task and the level of the students' participating in learning. It also decides whether students can finish the learning task completely. The recognition of the teachers'images has a great influence on the relationship between teachers and students. The junior students differ from the other students because of their unique characteristics. For this reason, it is of necessity to study the images of the teachers in junior school and the relationship between teachers and students. With the movement of the revolution of the new curriculum, images of teachers and the relationship between teachers and students have become the hot points in research in recent years. There are abundant achievements in the research of teachers'roles and the relationship between teachers and students. They analyze them in details from a microcosmic angle. However, few of them study the relationship between the two aspects. The research on teachers'images and the relationship between teachers and students in our country starts later than foreign countries. The achievements concentrate on the systemic and macroscopic aspects, and adopt more qualitative study and less combination between qualitative and quantitative study. Moreover, the relative study aimed at the recognition of teachers'image and the relationship between teachers and students is very few.This paper adapts the qualitative and the quantitative methods among the teachers and the students in the junior schools of the Korean nationality in Yan Bian district. The survey is carried out through ways of interview and questionnaire to investigate the cogitation of the teachers'image and the actual relationship between the teachers and the students. The paper analyses the correlation between the cogitation of the teachers'image and the relationship, and discusses the different factors influencing the teachers' image and the relationship further. By this way, the research on teachers'image and the relationship is enriched; it also provides some beneficial references for the building of the good teachers'image and the healthy development of the relationship between the two sides.This paper mainly adopts the methods of citing the document, survey and the connection between quantitative and qualitative. The content includes the following items. First, illustrate the concepts of the teachers'images and the relationship between teachers and students. Second, investigate the state of the recognition about the two sides in Korean nationality. Third, conduct the research on the two matters. Fourth, conduct the research on the difference of the various influential factors on the two aspects. Fifth, offer suggestions to how to build the teachers'images and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Based on the questionnaire, this paper can draw such conclusions.1,There exists diversity among different groups of teachers'images.2,The relationship between teachers and students in junior school in Korean nationality is in a better condition than the average.3,Both the relevance between the teachers'images and the relationship between teachers and students and the difference in the effect of the recognition of teachers'images on the relationship between teachers and students are quite obvious. It also has difference in the individual recognition of teachers' images.By summarizing the relationship between the recognition of teachers'images and the relationship between teachers and students, this paper puts forward relative advice and measures. As for the teachers, they have to strengthen their self-cultivation and set up model images, tying to mold the expected teachers' image. As for the students, schools, education administration and the media, they should make their efforts to cooperate with each other to create a fine atmosphere for the teachers and students.
