Researches on organizational behavior and administration psychology indicate that the teachers'job satisfaction will directly influence the teachers'work enthusiasm, and therefore influence the school's quality of education and the academic level. Job satisfaction, as an important work attitude, contains a teacher's cognitive evaluation, emotional reaction, and behavior tendency toward his or her work. Thus the teachers' job satisfaction is getting more and more attention from the field of school administration psychology. Furthermore, researches on teachers' job satisfaction enable the school administrators to know the teachers' needs, to explain the teachers'work behavior, to find and solve the problems and to promote the harmonious development between both school and the teachers.According to the theories of the modern educational administration and HRM, this dissertation intends to study the teachers'job satisfaction of the health school in Mudanjiang city through questionnaires and interviews on the following aspects:First to find out the current situation of the teachers' job satisfaction of the health school in Mudanjiang city. Then analyze the influence factors to the teachers'job satisfaction of the health school in Mudanjiang city. And at last try to give some reasonable and feasible advice in order to improve the teachers' job satisfaction.(1) of Mudanjiang city health job satisfaction of teachers are seven main factors:interpersonal relationships, work environment, management systems, organizational climate, the work itself, professional development, salaries and benefits.(2) The total satisfaction from the point of view, Mudanjiang City Health School teachers overall satisfaction higher than their average of 3.8 points. Perspective from personal factors, Mudanjiang City, the total satisfaction of health school teachers in gender, marital status, age, work experience, job title was no significant difference; from the field of education and teaching point of view, the total job satisfaction and education and teaching There were significant differences. (3) Mudanjiang Medical School from the job satisfaction of teachers of specific situation, its high to low job satisfaction were relationships, work environment, management systems, organizational climate, the work itself, professional development, compensation and benefits; the health school teachers most satisfied in interpersonal relationships, in terms of pay and benefits are most dissatisfied; also show that the burnout of the reference index, Mudanjiang City Health school teachers a degree of job burnout.(4) From personal factors and health teachers in Mudanjiang City, the specific dimensions of job satisfaction point of view, the gender, male and female teachers are the number of each dimension are above 3.5; female teachers than male teachers score is the score the work itself, remuneration, management system, the four dimensions of organizational climate; male teachers scored higher than female teachers score the work environment, professional development and relationships of three dimensions.Marital status, and married teachers in interpersonal dimension scores than unmarried teachers in the work itself, work environment, remuneration, professional development, management systems, organizational climate, teachers scored higher than the unmarried married teachers score.In the age factor, teachers in the work environment on the mean growth rates increased with age; and salaries, professional development, management systems, organizational climate, job itself, interpersonal dimension of teachers of all ages were not significant.Factors in working life, organizational climate dimensions as the number of teachers were increased with the increase of working hours; where working time is 11-15 years of teacher satisfaction with the dimensions of its mean curve "U"-type; different work age of teachers in each dimension was not significant.Academic factors and the work itself, remuneration, professional development, management systems, interpersonal relationships, organizational climate, significant difference between the six dimensions, and the specialist qualifications of teachers were higher than the mean dimensions of undergraduate education teachers.Title factors in the work itself and organizational climate dimensions were significantly different, and the lecturers in each dimension scores were higher than assistant and associate professors.Subjects factor in the work environment, professional development, ,interpersonal relationships, the four dimensions of organizational climate significantly different; in the work itself, remuneration and management systems were no significant differences.Comprehensive statistical analysis of questionnaires and interviews, teachers learn Mudanjiang City job satisfaction health problems include: low academic qualifications of teachers, low salaries, work pressure, poor research conditions, promotion, training opportunities for small, simple and boring work and so on. Finally, school level (higher teacher salaries, create a good working environment, increase opportunities for participation in the management of teachers, strengthening teacher training and education work, to carry out career management of teachers to provide appropriate challenge for teachers working); teacher self-development levels (against the pressure of "self management" of reflection, independent study) proposed to consolidate and increase teacher job satisfaction recommendations.
