Theory of ideology and politics is the main chanel which ideological and political educational provision for college students. Improving and enhancing ideology and politics teaching not only the need of grouping and developing college students, but also the need of training qualified talents of socialist modernization. In 2004, the CPC Central Committee made further strengthen and improve ideological and political work, the decision that college students party and government attach great importance to ideological and political education, that the quality of education in the context of Ideological and Political Theory Course Evaluation approach the need for reform.At present, ideological and political theory class on the assessment method, although the students carried out a series of exploration and changes, but these assessment methods exam-oriented education is still not out of the hat, is still focusing on assessment ability of students to master knowledge, their ability to ignore assessment, which is ideological and political theory to develop a comprehensive innovation as the core goal of talent development contrary.
