Management Of Secondary School Teachers In The Heart Of This Vision

The"hearted-oriented" management thoughts is the new development of modern management ideas, but also the need of management practice. To improve school education quality, middle school teachers' quality of management is the guarantee.So the"hearted-oriented" management thoughts should be introduced to the current management of middle school teachers.First this paper discusses the connotation and theoretic origin of the"hearted-oriented" management thoughts, analyzes the relationship of of the"hearted-oriented" management thoughts and humanistic management. Points out that the management essence of the "hearted-oriented" management is middle school teachers' psychological management. Secondly, according to the survey, This paper has investigated the current situations of the psychological needs and the psychological health of teachers and the realization of the psychological management of the school teachers. According to this, the corresponding strategies and some useful views have been put forward for the teachers'management.
