| As the era of information is approaching, many factors contribute to the birth and development of teaching in small classes in China, such as our society has raised the requirement of the innovative talented persons; the birthrate in China is slowing down; more and more parents are in hope that their children can receive the education of high quality. For the sake of the aboving factors, my research will focus on how to carry out chemistry teaching effectively in senior schools based on the conditions of small classes teaching.I got down to working on this research after I had read a lot of reseaches on small classes teaching and studied many theories concering the effective education. In order to find the chemistry teaching strategy in senior school which is effective and suitable for small classes chemistry teaching, this research applied the effective chemistry teaching strategies to the chemistry teaching in senior school under the conditions of small classes.The following teaching strategies have been put forward in this research, for example, "preparing lessons in scientific ways", "bettering class teaching", "individualizing students' homework", "diversifying standards of evaluation". At the same time, I noted down the ways and results of using those strategies.It turned out that the application of those strategies made for the students' development and enhanced the effectiveness of chemistry teaching.Meanwhile, this thesis also analyzed the drawbacks and limitations of the researhch and made a further study of the factors which limited the effectiveness of small classes teaching. |
