With the development of the economy globalization and the information revolution, teachers has been given more and more profound meaning and responsibility. Teacher education reform around the world has been exploring with the core of that how to realize'professional teacher'. Nowdays,In general,teacher education around the world is showing three trendcy, integration, opening and cooperative. In the new context of teacher education, Faceing to the international situation and the social environment changes,Chinese basic education asks future teachers must develop better.PDS(teacher's development school ) ,a model to achieve a Partnership between University and School,is one of the best model to connect pr-teachers and teachers who have eneaged the work of teacher.And it becomes a successful example which be learning by other countrys.However, how to learn and learn what is still troubled us greatly.This study try my best to study all kinds of experiences from America in order to provide some advices to Chinese teacher education.In this study, there are five chapters in total. The first chapter begins with the queitions of mine,and gives a general and careful introduction of entire contents,study mothods and explanations of key concepts in detail in the statement. The second chapter introduct PDS concept, background, rationale, characteristics and so on . The third chapter summary experiences in our country reference PDS model of teacher education model through the process of reform to Capital Normal University, the school teacher development detailed analysis of the main paradigm to study the results of years of experience and experiment. Chapter four express a idea which the discovery of traditional Chinese culture embodied in the teacher development horizon of the school, the main spirit of Coherence and its development were analyzed. Chapter five ,the author try her best to express her Some issues about Chinese teacher education on the reform through the learning PDS.
