Under the background of new curriculum reform, the case teaching methodology has become a new educational model. It not only may enrich our country's teaching theory, but may also provide the reference for teacher's specialized accomplishment enhancement. According to the understanding of case teaching, this article defines case teaching as a methodology. Surrounding the target, it considers teaching case as the carrier, which may improve coach and pupils professional skill together. After elaboration correlation theories, together with analyzing correlate literature and question survey, the author got the present situation and existence question of case teaching in high school form east to west region. The question main performance is:First, the tutor's concept disjointed his teaching behavior. Though case teaching can benefit students for knowledge and skills, yield to the pressure of the exam, there was only a few tutors have done some research or have a positive attitude. Second, there are lots of teaching cases surrounding us, while many cases can not directly use for teaching. Third, it request various form for case teaching, which also have higher lever to teacher's ability. Based on the existing problems, the author found forward several strategies:Trying to author some cases for fresh teacher's professional development; Advocate teachers to rethink their teaching behaviors, and have regular periodic reflection records; The most effective learning form for adult is learning in life and work experience, so teachers should share experience between each other in order to enhance professional skill together.
