Conditions of the existing school physical education curriculum reform are incompatible with the sports, physical education and material resources and physical requirements of new curriculum to differ, economic and cultural development is uneven across the city, town, village schools with very different conditions , in particular, differences in conditions of physical education in particular, coupled with the increase of new sports, new curriculum content standards in teaching there is no specific requirement, then the result between local schools and sports venues, equipment, a serious imbalance with .According to the characteristics of physical education is concerned, no sports and sports equipment simply can not carry out physical education, physical education and material resources to complete a physical basis, only the improvement of infrastructure to achieve the goal of physical education and physical education brought to the effect of physical exercise, sports equipment must be as a support to ensure proper implementation of physical education.
