Primary school physical education and health curriculum is an important part of school curriculum.Taking physical exercise as the main means and learning sports and health knowledge,skills and methods as the main content,this course can enhance students’ physique and improve students’ core literacy.It also has important value in "Building Morality and cultivating people".This study takes the development and utilization of primary school physical education and curriculum moral education resources as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,interview,observation and logical analysis to analyze the implementation of moral education by primary school physical education teachers,the establishment basis and construction of moral education objectives of primary school physical education and health curriculum,the development of moral education resources of primary school physical education and health curriculum,and the utilization of moral education resources of primary school physical education and health curriculum.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In the process of primary school physical education teaching practice,the problems of physical education teachers in moral education are as follows:(1)physical education teachers have a vague understanding of the goal of moral education.(2)The implementation of physical education teachers’ moral education is lack of rationality.(3)The content selection of physical education teachers’ moral education is lack of systematicness.(4)Physical education teachers do not pay attention to the value guidance of students in skill learning.(5)Physical education teachers lack of objective evaluation of students’ moral education effect.(2)The source of the moral education goal of primary school physical education and health curriculum is based on the socialist core values,the requirements for physical education teaching in the guide to moral education in primary and secondary schools,the requirements for the curriculum standard of primary school physical education and health,and the understanding and understanding of the moral education goal of physical education in the field of physical education,so as to divide the moral education goal of physical education and health curriculum into ideal and belief,cultural value,social adaptation and healthy body and mind.Among them,ideals and beliefs specifically include: Patriotic dedication,national honor and national spirit,cultural values specifically include: Olympic sports cultural value and national sports traditional sports cultural value,social adaptation includes: sense of social responsibility,interpersonal relationship and rule consciousness,and healthy body and mind includes: healthy physique,healthy personality and will quality.(3)The development of moral education resources related to ideals and beliefs can select the stories of China’s relevant excellent athletes and sports history according to different sports teaching contents,create situations in sports activities,and cultivate students’ patriotic dedication,national honor and national spirit;The development of moral education resources related to cultural values can develop the moral education resources contained in "etiquette" and "martial virtue" in national traditional sports culture,and carry out moral education for students in combination with sports activities.We can also develop moral education resources around the Olympic core values of "excellence,friendship and respect",and carry out moral education for students in combination with relevant contents in sports activities;The development of moral education resources related to social adaptation can use teaching competitions or games to create different situations in combination with classroom emergencies,so that students can cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility in different roles.Teachers can create a harmonious teaching atmosphere,encourage students to actively participate in physical education classroom activities,create cooperative situations,and improve students’ interpersonal skills.It can also be combined with classroom routines,rules in sports games and sports competitions,so that students can cultivate their own awareness of rules through personal practice;For the development of moral education resources related to physical and mental health,teachers should let students master scientific exercise methods and good exercise habits in teaching,help students find out the significance natural conditions(colder or hotter weather)and the physical and psychological difficulties that students need to overcome in sports activities,integrate the cultivation of will quality into specific activities,and cultivate students’ will quality in practice.(4)The advantage of moral education resources in physical education classroom can carry out moral education for students according to the characteristics of different stages of physical education classroom preparation,basic part and end part;Moral education resources of physical education curriculum can be used according to different sports,such as track and field,ball games,gymnastics,martial arts and so on.Carry out moral education for students according to the connotation of moral education contained in different sports;In
