Study On University Student's Career Planning In Jiangxi Province

With the approaching of information age and reform of recruit system of higher education, college students care more about their own development and their career plan than ever, which provides the new platform for the ideological and political education of college students. Based on the investigation analysis of career plan of college students in Jiangxi province, the related reasons of affecting career plan will be analyzed, what's more, the concrete ways of advancing career plan from the prospective of the ideological and political education.This paper will be divided into 5 parts. The first chapter is the introduction. It will introduce the research reason,the research significance,the research situation,the related conception and the relation with the ideological and political education. The second chapter is the second part. It is about the theory analysis of career plan of college students. It includes 2 aspects. On one hand, the category of career plan of college students will be introduced, on the other hand, the steps and reasons of career plan of college students will be also analyzed. The third chapter is the third part. It is about the situation analysis of career plan of college students. Based on the investigation analysis of career plan of college students of one universitiy in Jiangxi province from the questionnaire survey method, the problems and reasons reflected career plan of college students will be discussed. The fourth chapter is the fourth part. It is about the thinking of career plan of college students from the prospective of the ideological and political education including its function, its significance, its theory, its realistic possibility and ways. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the paper.
