Along with the social employment situation is becoming more and more serious, the employment problems of college students have become increasingly prominent.Especiall in the background of college enrollment expansion, social demand for the professional college students increasingly saturated.Therefore, the college students’ employment competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the employment problem of college students majoring in physical Education is also very serious. Study on the investigation and analysis of current situation of college students’ employment ability majoring in the physical education professional in Jiangxi province is conducted based on recently insufficient studies on this aspect, the survey of the actual employment situation of college students majoring in sports education in Jiangxi province and the dimentional analysis of College Students’ employment ability, the study is very important in the level of theory and practice. Based on analysis of lots of literature reading, sorting, and on interviews with experts. Finally the thesis decides to regard the professional ability, practical ability, thinking ability,self-consciousness development ability, adaptation to the employment ability more than 30 specific capacity factors as the standards to make questionnaire of the current situation of physical education students’ employment ability.Through the survey of five college students from the east, south, west, north and centre of Jiangxi province and relevant employment units, the thesis finds the employment ability of college students majoring in sports education in Jiangxi province is: generally speaking, the evaluation of from employers is in line with that of college students majoring in physical education; compared with employers, the evaluation of employment ability from college students majoring in the physical education tend to overestimate their employment ability. To be specific, the employment ability of college students majoring in physical education in Jiangxi province is insufficient, and the professional theory knowledge, skills, and knowledge level is low; their practical ability is stronger, and level of the ability to master new skills is low and is to be improved; thought ability is intermediate,and the ability to solve the problem is relatively weak;Self-consciousness development ability is in general level, and the achievement motivation is slightly inadequate; general high adaptability is generally high, and each dimension isl positive; applicant ability level is allover low, and the ability of career planning and marketing ability is not enough; the personal ability is low, and evaluation of loyalty degree is low. In order to promote the employment ability of college students majoring in sports education in Jiangxi province, it is poorly necessary for the environment to take the following measures: firstly, creating employment conditions and consummating employment services;secondly, enhancing university-enterprise cooperation and creating a cooperation mode; thirdly, closely tying with the social demand and striving to develop school-based curriculum; fourthly, changing employment ideas and realizing multi-channel employment.
