The Study On The Relation Of Internet Addiction Of College Students With Sports Exercise

With the development of Information Technology, the relationship of Internet with modern university students became more and more close. For modern university students, they are getting in the ultimate life time for their whole life, going through the early adulthood to adulthood changing experience, and it is this time, they are more fragile and dangerous. Most of students are not enough mature with psychology, lack of self-control ability, when they are facing to the Internet that easy to fall down and sunk into the deep, leading to influent their common study. Therefore, researching the Internet addiction actions, analyzing the main reason of the relation of sports exercise with Internet addiction, it is for university students overcome internet addiction provide new way and method.This study use "Chinese Internet Addiction Scalt" (CIAS)and "Physical Activity Rating Scale" (PARS) to detecte 519 university students, and data processing with the software named Spss17.0. The conclusions follow as:1). The relevance ratio detectable rate of University students Internet addiction are high(13.3%). The difference exit in sexual,grade, and origin source. So we must pay more attention for male students, and grade one, grade 3 students and who coming from the capital and municipal.2) Obvious otherness exit different sexual and grade university students. The strength of sports exercise of male students are higher than female students, and the time of sports exercise of grade one and grade two are higher that others grades.3)The total points and each dimensions of university students Internet addictions'total points and every dimensions present negative otherness, so different strength of sports exercise, time, frequency would show obvious differences.It means that sports exercise have positive affection for prevent the Internet addiction of University students.
