Along with the in-depth development of basic education course reform and people in the deep reflection on E-Learning, Blended-Learning as a new development trend is introduced to basic education field. Blended-Learning is a way of learning in order to achieve reciprocal advantages, which combines the traditional face-to-face classroom study and online learning organically, not only play the advantage of traditional classroom learning, but also utilize the network learning meet students' autonomous learning and cooperative learning needs. It has a very important significance on the combine of junior biology course and the information technology, so as for the teaching reform of the current biology course.Through an investigation, we obtain some valuable information from the practical teaching process of teachers. Aimed at junior high school biology course teaching situation and characteristics of online learning, the author done junior high school biology course Instruction design based on Blended-Learning. Then according to the model designed the Blended-Learning program of junior high school biology course, finally conducted applied research on the effectiveness of the program.
