China's High-level University School System

With the rapid development of higher education, there has been a great change in the University's organizational structure and management system. In order to achieve "985"project proposed by the goal to establish world-class university, The reform of university's intramural management system,which aims at sharing resourees in universities at home and increasing the benefits in running universities,has going gradually.The imliemetation of college system has now become an trend of high level university's reform., the college system not only play an Optimization role,but also produced a series of problems caused by blind pursuit.At present, the reform of college system in universities is at its full wing,it must be even more clear to see the new problem during college system's operationg,while emphasis on the adaptability of our country.The establisment of college system in high level university influened by many factors,we must combine theory and pratice to achieve the goal of establishing a world class university,but in reality there are many uncoordinations in these two areas,which is the source of constraining the development of high level university.Starting from the number of college settings in high level university,overviewed the evolution of the number of college settings and the devwlopment of different stages,the status of college settings and the comparison of college settings,futher analysis of the evolution of college system's regulations and characteristics,the problem in college system and the reference of world class university. Second is to analyze the basis of college settings,according to research the methods,princilpe and characteristics of college settings,and combined the general pattern of world class university to proposed the direction of the implementation of faculty system.Finally, analyze the cellege's autonomy in high level university,mainly through the relationship between the university and college and the relationship between function and college to discuss the mode of college system in high level university,then put forward countermeasures and suggestions about the management gravitation in high level university:strengthen college internal construction and primary academic reorganization.
