Finally, we construct the ordinary colleges and universities high-level sports team management system from the bodies of organization management, athletes management, coaches management, sports funding management and so on. at the same time of building management system, we have a clear understanding that in the overall the cultural of today's high-level college sports teams is of poor quality, handling and solving problems is an important task to build high-level sports teams . After all, high-level athletes was formerly a student, only after the completion of their own learning and academic, and then having a chance to engage in other athletic training and competition, otherwise anything is impossible. Therefore, the development of sport is important, however cultural qualities of the request can not be ignored. No college can only make only the pursuit of increased competitive ability, while ignoring the importance of cultural education. "People-oriented" concept of lifelong education must always be borne in mind. "Body to teach with" concept should be the main importance of the building of high-level sports team. Meanwhile, the sovereign of coaches,the source of funding,logistics management and scientific research, which also largely determine the building and development of our country's high-level colleges and universities sports team.
