As one of the basic subjects of basic education, Maths in Primary schools is of Great importance. During the period of the Republic of China, accompanied with the introduction of the new Western teaching methods, the promulgation of the new academic structure and the application of new teaching methods, traditional Maths teaching started experiencing an essential transformation. Localization of Primary School Mathematics Teaching and pedagogy graft between the Western-oriented, integration, makes the Republican Primary Mathematics Teaching of the development process has shown unique characteristics.This paper presents the Republican Primary Mathematics Teaching in the development and evolution of history, revealing the elementary school mathematics teaching in modern times of change, through the teaching methods that reflect the Republican fan window, the situation of education. Republican Primary Mathematics Teaching in the traditional teaching method for the first transformation into the object, in adapting to the new situation, the request went through the embryonic period, to explore the three stages of development and maturity. Under the Primary Mathematics Teaching of development and evolution of the stage, the text is divided into three parts, the first major study of the embryonic period of innovation in mathematics teaching background, three kinds of typical mode of teaching, as well as the embryonic period of the evolution of the characteristics of mathematics teaching; The second part of the main analysis of old and new education, replacement of the integration of Chinese and Western education, the context of the diversified development of teaching methods, when the practical aspects of mathematics pedagogy and explore the diversity of exploration period of teaching evolution and characteristics; The third part of the trend towards standardization of teaching mathematics maturity, this part of the main analysis of the background of mature mathematical pedagogy, curriculum development and the evolution of standards, teaching methods and standardized practice and exploration, as well as a representative analysis of teaching methods, and summarized the mature period of teaching characteristics.Finally, the analysis of each chapter based on the paper summed up the Republican primary mathematical method development and evolution of the major trends:First, highlight the subjectivity; second, to highlight thought-provoking, third, by the modern teaching thinking, mathematics teaching France from the formal copy of the comprehensive use of theory in real terms, and gradually becoming more mature. In addition, the papers reflect on the pedagogy localization, sum up the Republican primary school mathematics teaching experience and enlightenment for our breakthroughs in mathematics and reform of teaching methods, provide a reference.
