During the period of the Republic of China, accompanied with the introduction of the new Western teaching methods, the promulgation of the new academic structure and the application of new teaching methods, traditional Maths teaching started experiencing an essential transformation. Localization of Primary School Mathematics Teaching and pedagogy graft between the Western-oriented, integration, makes the Republican Primary Mathematics Teaching of the development process has shown unique characteristics.This paper presents the Republican Primary Mathematics Teaching in the development and evolution of history, revealing the elementary school mathematics teaching in modern times of change, through the teaching methods that reflect the Republican fan window, the situation of education.
