School is a happy place for students grow healthy, well-educated and live with fun and meaningful. However, in today's campus, student's spirit is imprisoned and set as ordinate and formed principle, which only result is no more inspiration, creativities, or richness. The same uniform, strict behavior, the indifferent teaching, copied books, the armies'steps and same requirements which make the individual and live no more. In order to gain reputation from well-arranged student, no fighting class and control some tricky students. The impersonal management makes classes and students become molds and machines. Each one of us should reflection about that isolation, hiding problems. Education has to come back the way it supposes to, life should be come back the way it supposes to so do the class management. Class management should be its own steps which caring about students'developing satisfied the growing needs. Life would be lively, keep growing and well-structured. All of our education could come back to the fundamental which life growing should be.By researching the life-emphasized class management theory analysis and research, raises the live class management on teenage classroom the meaning reason. It can be well developed for students' intelligence character would makes students are more creativity and individual character, also helpful to those teachers can improve life quality and colorful the life. All those efforts can make more interactive between students and teachers and create a harmony, colorful and happy learning environment. Class would be more personal. This research is doing according to life inner character, subjective, individual, developing and emotional principle. Action research is given priority to, complementary with literature, case study and experience method, By understanding the situation of teenage student, that realize the management problems and blocks. When study put to trial use, I used growing day including morning meeting, optimal homework, sharing class and communication to understanding the inner circle and principle. All of my working are in four orientation including rich in the environment educate connotation, developing students individual character in activities, developing in management and build harmony in interactive. Those four orientation has helped us think deeply more about thinking and exploration in teenage students about Life-emphasized class management.
