| With the development of Educational information processes, the ICT-based instruction has become the direction of the reform and development of the classroom instruction, which has put forward new demands to the current school, teachers and students. How to promote teaching effectiveness under the condition of information, how to get rid of the limitation of traditional teaching and how to obtain the knowledge and capability from the ICT-based instruction, as well as master the scientific learning process and methods, cultivate positive attitudes towards life and good virtues and values, and promote comprehensive common development for teachers and students. It's the serious subject concerned by the educational researchers, frontline teachers, education administrators and even the whole society. For a long time, it was concerned strongly in the process of research on the ICT-based instruction, which from the connotation and essential, instructional design theories and effective teaching, etc., hoping to construct instructional theory system and exploring the success path to the instructional practices. From the traditional instruction to ICT-based instruction, it's not only the pattern of teaching and instructional instruments, but also undergoes a qualitative reform in the educational concepts, value tendency and mode of thinking. From the perspective of culture, it is a revolution of classroom culture. To meet the demands of ICT-based instruction, the classroom culture should be reflected and reconstructed.In this paper, the symbiosis means the mutuality symbiosis and heterogeneity coexistence existing in different systems and the components of system. It was a value choice made by the human for a good many development problems we are facing in the 21 st century. There will be some critical turning points we strive to explore during the whole courses of development, harmonious development relationship between human and nature, human and humanities, human and society, as well as human and economic. Symbiotic classroom culture, which makes the "symbiosis" as the pursuit of values and goals, with the development of the human being as core purpose, manifests the principle of "together but different, heterogeneous and co-existence", respects differences and acceptance of diverse cultures. It's fully embodies the humanistic concern, and in the meanwhile, accumulates the road of tolerance, dialogue, participation, cooperation and competition, which has an effect of stipulate on all elements in the classroom, promotes the symbiosis between the multicultural, interpersonal relationships, human and media as well as people and network culture in the ICT-based instruction. And finally realizes the cultural subject in the classroom, ultimately the common growth of the teachers and students.This study is conducted on a sample of teachers and students in the senior high schools in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Guangdong Province with questionnaire survey, on the analysis of the connotation and symbiotic classroom culture based on the main characteristics, and then undertook systems analysis to investigating data on the condition of the symbiotic classroom culture for ICT-based instruction in senior high school. According to analysis the effecting factors, explores the effective ways to construct the symbiotic classroom culture, and puts forward some corresponding strategies.This dissertation mainly consists of six chapters as follows:The first chapter is introduction. First of all, it described the background and significance of this study. The second section described the research work on relevant fields about ICT-based instruction, classroom, classroom culture, and symbiosis in domestic and abroad. Finally, it defined the key conceptions that the article has involved. After that, it concretely analyzed the connotation of ICT-based Instruction, the conception of classroom and classroom culture, the connotation of the symbiosis, and the main essential features about the symbiotic classroom culture in detail and at multiple levels. Finally, the theoretical basis of this study is introduced; included the theory of symbiotic, the theory of dialogue and the theory of constructivist learning, and this study used three research methods, which are literature study, questionnaires and interviews.The second chapter is about the theoretical basis for this study, including the theory about symbiosis, dialogical theory and constructivist learning theory. And this study is conducted on a sample of teachers and students in the senior high schools in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Guangdong Province with questionnaire survey, and meanwhile interviews some frontline teachers.The third chapter analyzed the classroom cultural of the current condition of the ICT-based instruction in senior high school under symbiosis vision, discussed the current main issues, including the acceptance of cultural diversity and identity, dialogue in the interaction, capacity and application of ICT, as well as student's choice of network culture, and then analyzed the major causes of the problem in depth is the lack of cross-cultural understanding of education, the families tendency of traditional education and culture which is the dominant family culture, the lack of media application culture, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of network culture which is difficult to control.The fourth chapter discussed the value demands of constructing the symbiotic classroom culture of ICT-based instruction from four aspects, and then pointed out that the classroom should be a place for the multi-cultural symbiosis, intelligence generating, cooperation and competition in education should be organic integrated into the teaching activities, and to construct the symbiotic culture of dialogue actively, guide students to compete upward.The fifth chapter analyzed the impact elements of the symbiotic classroom culture, which includes internal factors of students, teachers, teaching media and teaching environment, and the external factors of schools, social and family, makes this as the basis, proposed construction strategies of the symbiotic classroom culture, such as establish a value principle of symbiosis, establishes the paradigm of the symbiotic classroom culture; integrates the education of symbiosis, promotes the understanding and dialogue of the cross-cultural; forms the community of classroom culture, as well as optimizes the cooperation and competition between groups; concerns the classroom culture; makes the revolution of the teaching evaluation mechanism of the ICT-based instruction.Finally, summarized the research work and the significance of the study, analyzed the shortcomings of this study, pointed out the direction for future research, that is to purport to symbiotic, further explore and the related theory of constructing ICT-based instruction classroom culture. From different perspectives of discipline, dig the formation mechanism, building mechanism, model creation and application paradigm of the symbiotic classroom culture from theoretical and practical aspects deeply. |
