This article obtains from the teacher culture's microscopic domain - teacher's instruction behavior in classroom,"saying what, doing what, how to say, how to do."Carries on for the master line to analyze the teacher culture and propose the corresponding improvement strategy, According to the teacher's instruction behavior in classroom, we can understand the reality of teacher culture, arouse the teacher self-awareness, and provide the improvement management for education manager to construct the new teacher culture. Through carrying an observational study for a term on five teachers who teach in an ordinary high school in Inner Mongolian, we can understand the present situation of teacher's instruction behavior in classroom, then analyze the teacher culture characteristic reflecting from instruction behavior in classroom, mainly includes: On the teaching concept, takes the knowledge as heavily in the teaching goal, in the course content takes the teaching material as the center, the teaching method is unitary, in the teaching process takes the teacher as the leadership, the teaching appraisal idea is obsolete; On the student concept, thinks that the student has the important meaning to the teaching, the student is lacks the independent individual, the student and the teacher status impossible equality; In the teaching way continues to use traditional method--five steps for teaching; In the relations between teachers and students, the status is unequal relations, the function is mutual promotion relations, the emotion is obedient relations. At the same time, through carrying on the interview to teachers, obtains the factors affecting the teacher culture, the internal factor is that teacher's individual ability and the quality is not high, the external factor is mainly to teacher's external appraisal factor, the academic pressure, the whole teaching environment and teacher's training is not in place. Finally, according to the present situation and the origin analysis of teacher culture, proposes the corresponding strategy to construct the new teacher culture.
