| Contemporary college students are the well educated part in the overall social groups and leading force in establishing the harmonious society. Their special roles and social status indicate that their sense of responsibility plays vital part in our society. In other words, the sense of responsibility influences individual development and the process of harmonious society building. However, the college students'sense of responsibility is worrying. Many reasons may be responsible for it. One of the important reasons is the cultivating problem in college students' sense of responsibility development. The thesis, on the basis of re-consideration of the current sense of responsibility cultivation and the necessity of sense of responsibility cultivation for college students, analyzes the connotation, theoretic support and the cultivating strategies of sense of responsibility cultivation,The thesis consists of three parts, Introduction, Main Body and Conclusion. The main body is divided into four parts.Introduction mainly explains the origin of the topic, the definition of responsibility and sense of responsibility given by many scholars, the current research at home and abroad and related research methods.Chapter One:On the basis of defining several key concepts, the thesis here elaborates the significance and necessity of sense of responsibility cultivation for college students from several angles, namely, the necessity of dealing with risk society, the appealing for the harmonious society, the importance of moral education, the all-around development of college students.Chapter Two:This part, directed by freedom and responsibility theories of Marxism, adopted role theory in sociology, emotional education theory in pedagogy and introduces the theoretic basis of the college students'sense of responsibility cultivation.Chapter Three:Based on interviews and surveys with teachers and students in five universities and the latest reference, the thesis draws the following conclusions for the problems in cultivating college students'sense of responsibilities:no specific cultivating goal; no enough activities with clear aim; neglecting the influence of felling and freedom on the sense of responsibility; no enough practice in many scopes. no coordinate cultivating steps. In this part, the thesis also analyzes many reasons responsible for these problems, for example, attaching no significance to the cultivation of sense of responsibility, having no reliable theories in China, negative influence of the prevailing teaching approaches in college students'moral education, communication deficiency within and without college and the awareness of training students outside of college.Chapter Four:Strategies of cultivating students'sense of responsibility. This part mainly analyzes the reflection of the reality of cultivating college students'sense of responsibility, including its contents, working concept and working approach choices. The approaches will be chosen based on the features and the principles in development of sense of responsibility, namely, the interaction of knowledge, felling will and behaviour. Consequently, the thesis proposes some available and practical ways, such as role acting, passion developing, practice in many scopes, integrated training skills. |
