As far as the known the autonomous learning ability of students are concerned, the study has become a very important concept in the area of many different domains, but there is a few works in physics, especially in Junior Physics.This article based on the domestic and foreign autonomous learning theory and the status quo, Direct at the Autonomous learning in junior high school students' thinking structure. We put forward the cultivation of students' autonomous learning in physics class. Including teachers should understand the students' self-study conditions and let the student on own initiative development learning potential. This paper studied the relationship between the Autonomous learning and the grades. Analysis shows that to cultivate autonomous learning ability implementation of the most effective and most direct approach is the classroom teaching. Students' grades in experiment class obviously exceed those in control class. Through physics course of study can optimize the student's thinking structure and improve the students' autonomous learning ability.We studied the relationship between Physics teaching and autonomous learning ability development. Teachers should teach students some method of study. Guiding students to use the knowledge of physics interpret the physical phenomena. Let them deeply understand the knowledge of physics in applications and can use physical skills to solve practical problem, then make them independent study physics knowledge. Finally teachers encourage students for cooperation and exchange and helping each other with themselves condition and method in physics course.
