After implementing the new round of curriculum reform in senior high school, In many places, many schools have launched learning program guiding mode, learn case have already walked into mathematics classroom.This study found that students in mathematics learning plan have a significant difference in the study of performance. In related research at home and abroad on the basis of the learning program research, Through own research, formed further understanding: Mathematics learning program will improve the implementation of all students qualities of mathematics and the all-round development of students.However, how to make learning program in the teaching become effective teaching and learning methods for teachers and students, it is the substantive issues How to according to the differences of the learning program to design in the teaching process.This research mainly through the experimental research, the authors analyzed a middle school of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, this paper discussesthe correlation in cognitive style of students and learning program, try using the correlation of the Teach students in accordance of their aptitude Theory to explore to analyze the effects of learning program in Senior Grade One Study found that The differentiation roots in the differences, including learners'individual differences, the differences in interaction between teachers and students, the differences in the learning environment and so on. Besides, the differences of cognitive style and the presenting methods of learning program is related for learners, In order to solve the problem of mathematics achievement differentiation in Senior Grade One, this paper tries to propose the countermeasures and suggestions in the perspective of Teach students in accordance of their aptitude Theory.
