Conflict existed objectively in any organization, developing and evolving along with organization's existence. It reduced organization cooperation and competition, and affected the coupling effects generation and organize joint efforts continued. But the current research related professional sports clubs mainly focused on the club system, club market development and problems, such as operating situation. Human resource management research was at less, but also conflict management research was blank, and lead to research behind management practice. Conflict defined as a process what one party felt other party was going to produce adverse effect to adverse effects their concerns, this process occurred.The process involved potential opposition or disorder, cognitive and personified and behavioral intentions, behavior and results five stages. Our professional sports club was from the professional sports teams. It produced market mechanism mainly complementary and administrative mechanism the fledgling. To a certain extent, it had the inadequate of system, management, and operation. This paper tried to describe our professional sports clubs industry and development, and analysis the current conflict management status and causes of conflict meanwhile, laid the foundation for formulating conflict management strategy. Current professional sports clubs conflict managements was theory behind practice, a performance evaluation system not complete, talent cultivation system not perfected. What causing those was multiple-levels, both individual level factors such as ability, attitude and personality traits, and organized levels of factors, such as resource scarcity, organizational culture, right inappropriate application, trust crisis, the unequal distribution of interests. The reason might be a single conflict causes, or combined role of a different factors and different kinds of factors. Therefore, managers should take reasonable strategy for the conflict management.This chapter focused on how to adjust the individual relationships and match combines during individual, group and organizations. Effective management must follow some rules, such as constructive conflict reasonable use principle, destructive conflict timely inhibit principle, two-way communication principle, etc. This paper designed process of management. The author believed that establishing effective individual behavior constraint mechanism, and improving the performance management system and establishing players of psychological contract was the effective way to manage the club conflict.
