With the deepening of education reform and development,teachers:professional development has become a common national trends of teacher education.The rural education is an important part of Chinese education enterprise. China's rural development in weak schools and their teachers is directly related to the quality of basic education in China,but also to the success of education reform.Therefore.the concerned professional development of teachers in rural areas.especially rural poor status of the professional development of teachers and problems,seek to promote the professional development of teachers in rural weak school,response and improve the professional development of teachers in rural schools in the level of the weak,for the education of the whole have a healthy development of farreaching significance.In this study, domestic and international professional development of rural teachers as a theoretical basis, through the extensive literature on the basis, select a rural Anhui cases of weak schools as a case of empirical research on the structure of the rural weak school teacher, teacher qualifications, age structure, the treatment of teachers, working environment and ect. The results show that, at present, teachers in rural weak schools is worrying, there are structural vacancies, teaching concepts old,professional development lags and many other problems, these problems have seriously undermined the overall stability of teachers in rural areas, directly affecting to the pace of transformation of the rural weak schools, and a very bad social influence. In addition, the study of the rural weak school in the professional development of teachers on the basis of its causes, combined with the actual selected schools, from government policy, school management and teachers elaborated on three aspects of their rural weak school teacher professional development the strategy and the rural poor initial teacher professional development schools make a reasonable forecast the future:teacher capacity will be given a heavier weight; teacher training will be given a heavier form and essence shift; teacher evaluation assessment will be given a heavier turn promote development and modern Information technology will be an important means of learning for the teachers in rural weak school.This study is divided into five main parts:The first part is the introduction part, mainly introduced the reason and the significance,the literature summary as well as this research mentality and the method; the second part is the elaboration of related concepts, including the rural weak schools, teacher professional development and professional development of teachers in rural weak school; The third part is to select An Shi School, for example, analy the status of teacher professional development issues, defects and causes of in-depth;The fourth part is a combination of the selected schools proposed to promote the professional development of teachers in rural schools in poor basic approach and an effective strategy, this part is the focus and the core of this study; The fifth part will carry on the forecast to the rural weak school teacher professional development's future..
