Secondary vocational education is an important part of the state vocational education,which is the important way to improve the quality of workers, promote social development, and increase the employment.But with the continuous expansion of high school enrollment,students'resource in the vocational school is getting worse. However, the community needs more vocational school graduates than ever before, in the meantime ,the enterprises need better-skilled vocational school graduates to meet their requirements. Currently, our society raises a higher demand on students'comprehensive quality. Certainly, to enhance the comprehensive quality of vocational students, we must develop the right and new learning concept , to enhance their learning and operating ability and reverse their one-sided concept as well. To this end, training the learning concept of vocational school students is essential.Based on the survey of 300 students who are in different grade in Xishan Vocational Centeral School,combined with the current status of vocational students in Wuxi, the article defined the the lack of learning concept of vocational school students objectively, which supported theoretically for training the students learning concept. The article had a detailed analysis of the lack learning concept, students were mainly influenced by school, society, and families where they are living,and other individual factors. I believe that we should train students from the following aspects, and put forward practical and specific operational strategies. Hoping to provide some suggestions for vocational educators.This article includes the following five main parts: the first: to bring forward the questions; the second :the relevant supportive theory expounded;the third: to define the lack learning concept of vocational students. the fourth: the causes analysis; the fifth part: the correct training strategy for vocational school students.
