Climate refugees is a new refugees which is major caused by climate anomalies, forced migration and must transcend national boundaries and other features on the objective, with the issue of global warming, gradually increasing, many residents on the island is facing homeless can be attributed, was eventually reduced to the plight of climate refugees. Climate refugees and environmental refugees, climate migrants there was not only a coincidence but there are differences in character, so the international community has not yet on the definition and protection of climate refugees, the harmonization of legislation.
