Legal Protection Of Traditional Culture Of The Minorities. Ecological Migrants

As the ecological environment problems become more and more serious today, more attention is paid to environmental protection by international community. Because of the extensive mode of development, environmental problems have also become the cost of economic development in our country, especially in the west and minority areas. Eco-migration is a special type of migration to protect ecology, which is of vital importance to the realization of both eco-environment protection and human beings'development. However, for ethnic minorities, ecological migration not only is a change of living environment, but also brings development opportunities for minorities, and negative impact is also increasing.China is a multi-ethnic country with56ethnic groups. Its unique civilization in the world is a invaluable asset. The traditional culture of55ethnic minorities not only shows us its deep historical traditions, but also carries its history of development. So the protection of traditional culture of ethnic minorities is particularly important. But during the ecological migration, the traditional culture of ethnic minorities is facing an enormous challenge from the changes of surroundings, life pattern, social interaction, customs and habits, and so on. So we must focus on the protection of traditional culture of ethnic minorities during ecological migration. In the article, the author especially researches into the protection of traditional culture of ethnic minorities in legal perspective.There is a lot of study about legal protection on protection of traditional culture of ethnic minorities, but the biggest problem is that there is almost no research on legal protection of traditional culture of ethnic minorities during ecological migration. This means my research is difficult, but more valuable.This thesis contains four chapters. The first chapter introduces relevant studies on ecological migration, especially in the areas of ethnic minorities. In this part, the author focuses on the impact of ecological migration in ethnic regions. And the second chapter starts with the phenomenon of traditional culture of minorities and culture of Han people becoming more and more assimilated by way of mutual influence, which results from ecological migration. The second chapter deals with the traditional culture of ethnic minorities during the ecological migration. Through analyzing the changes of traditional culture of minorities after ecological migration, this part shows the necessity for legal protection of traditional culture of minorities during the ecological migration. The third chapter reports the system of legal protection of traditional culture of ethnic minorities in China, and also the laws and policies of the ecological migration. Then it provides the existing problems over legal protection. In the third part, the fourth chapter puts forward reasonable proposals of the legal protection of traditional culture of ethnic minorities during ecological migration.
