Brief Study On The Present Situtation And Re-improvement Of Value Realization Of University Student Communist Party Members

The realization and re-improvement of the university student communist party members'values is not only the most important part of contemporary university party construction but also concerns university students' political and ideological education as well as their personal cultivation. It affects the university students' political quality, even affects such aspects as their growth and future. The realization of the university student party members'values is based on their identification with the values of the communist party. And it is the result of the requirements on their own improvement in each and every aspect of their life. The essence of the realization of university student communist party members' values is the comprehensive representation of their pursuing on their acts and their ideology, and it can also be regarded as the value representation and evaluation in thought and action after being a member in the organization. Such aspects as value orientation, moral models, study models, team kernel, communication link and opinion leaders can provide help for the realization of university student communist party members' values. At present, the situation mingles hope and fear. Many problems occur to a great number of university student party members after becoming members of CPC, from the declining of their value orientation ability and model effects to their inadequacy to be team kernel, communication link and opinion leaders.
