The right of privacy has been greatly developed since 1890 when the concept was born. The United Nations put the right of privacy into the international conventions as basic human rights. As one of the important rights of personality, the right of privacy embodies Person's dignity and value and deserves deeper developments. But our country has no clear laws on the privacy protection so far, and the truth is that the privacy is protected by the right of reputation or by other right of private interest invasion. As the reasons shown above, it is difficult to protect the privacy for the people and people can't sue the protection of their lawful rights and interests when they are invaded. Therefore, it is necessary and important to improve the right of privacy.Nowadays, the information technology develop rapidly, the internet bring new experience of the life style and change traditional life concepts. The internet make the work easier and the life more comfortable, people never live so closely to the internet before.
