Research On The Legal System Of Public-Private Cooperating Supervision Of Food Safety

Food safety law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the"Food Safety Law") implementation of more than two years,China's food safety accidents still occurred,the fact caused the whole society's re-reflection about food safety supervision system.Concerning on China's actual,this paper puts forward that we should integrate existing regulatory model,resources and power of food safety from the public-private cooperation of this new theory perspective.Through improving the"Food Safety Law"as a guide to the legal system,perfecting enterprise self-discipline system with justice to make the social responsibility as the center,establishing the professional characteristics of social supervision system over interface layer and strengthening the system in order to ensure the right of consumers for supervision system and so on,there can be construct a multivariate,dynamic,balance integrated supervision model.
