Legal Regulation Of Voluntary Behavior

People have social attribute, so we need to help each other to survive, and voluntary behavior is based on commonweal and love him sex of human. Voluntary behavior not only creates huge economic interests for a country, but also has brought love and warmth for people. But voluntary behavior as a people's behavior, will inevitably cause many disputes, so we need legal regulation to make it better serve the society. Firstly,This paper clarifies basic concept of voluntary behavior and volunteer actors, and divides voluntary behavior into formal volunteer voluntary behavior and informal voluntary behavior to discuss it. Secondly, it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of legal regulation of voluntary behavior. We point out some deficiencies about China's current local volunteer service regulations and the lack of existing laws about voluntary behavior. Finally, we explore how to perfect the legal regulation on voluntary behavior. It includes dividing rights and obligations of voluntary behavior corpus and what kind of legal relation between them. The conclusion is how to regulate interest of voluntary behavior corpus and how to divide responsibility when infringement disputes happen. Meanwhile the article also concludes voluntary behavior should have behavior boundary and discusses how to divide it. The aim of the paper is to make voluntary service career develop well under law environment and bring more benefits for human.
