In 2000,Singapore's elderly population aged over 65 breakthrough by 7% to 7.2% of total population,according to statistical indicator of international community about aged population,Singapore has entered the aging society, and has quickly aging progress. in next 10 years,with the improvement of Singapore's population aging level,the population of Singapore age structure gradually change to old age mode. Aging index, median age, dependency ratio of population will keep growing. These data greatly affects Singapore's economy and social. Considering the Old-age Security System in our current affected the harmonious development of society. In view of Singapore in many ways are similar to our country.For example,the two countries are entered into the old age socialty,China's old-age degree is similar to Singapore,old-age security problems are concerned and so on.So Old-age Security research of Singapore Central Provident Fund has a important reference value to our Old-age Security construction.This literature review adapted the ways of research and comparative analysis.It collected detailed first-hand information of the Singapore Old-age Security System and Central Provident Fund system.Combined with the situation of our country,sum up the enlightment of our country old-age security system's reform and innovation through the comparison between china and Singapore Old-age Security System.This paper is divided into six parts: the part I introduces the background and significance of topics and research status at home and abroad. The part II describes aging population concepts and Old-age Security System. The section III elaborates the Singapore's Old-age Security situation. The part IV describes Singapore Central Provident Fund theory and operation.The part V describes Singapore Old-age Security questions.The part VI describes compares the Singapore and China,sums up the enlightment of China Old-age Security System.
