In recent years, frequently happened natural disasters and riots in China have caused serious loss to Chinese people's property and severely threatened people's security, and great impact is brought to people's life. Chinese Armed Police Force (CAPF), as an important part of the armed forces for dealing with the national emergency, has the responsibility and the obligation to protect the nation's security to keep the stability of our society and safeguard people's life and property. And this requires that armed forces must have a large number of command officers with high quality and be learned in every field. Currently, most of junior command officers are from primary command colleges of armed police forces. As the institutions of developing junior command officers for the army, these colleges carry great task of training. In order to develop a lot of excellent command officers, much attention should be paid to the teaching and the management of faculty. The core of personnel management is a motivate mechanism which is systematic and fits the features of primary command colleges of armed police forces. But current motivate mechanism in primary command colleges of armed police forces has many problems and hasn't offered satisfactory result. Rather than motivates the teachers, it causes negative impact on some teachers. It's extremely urgent to develop current motivate mechanism.Based on the discussion above, the writer carried out deep analysis and reflections about the problems of motivate mechanism of faculty in primary command college of armed police forces. For building a sound theoretical foundation, the method of documentation is adopted by collecting the literatures on PLA colleges, command colleges of armed police forces and both domestic and overseas literatures. Relevant researches about motivate theory and the application of motivate mechanism in the building of teams of teachers were arranged later. By using the method of comparative analysis, this paper made a profound analysis on the similarities and differences of the management of local universities, the PLA colleges and primary command colleges of armed police forces. This provided valuable experience for the reform and innovation of motivate mechanism on faculty in primary command colleges of armed police forces. Research interview was another method adopted by this paper. By interviewing and communicating with the teachers of other primary command colleges of armed forces, the writer got the data about the current situation of motivate mechanism and faculty's opinion on it. And based on these data, similarities and differences were pointed out and provided real practical evidence.By referring to the essence of the domestic and overseas motivate mechanism theory, and by combining the particular features of the faculty of primary command colleges of armed police forces, this paper demonstrated the reasons for the problems of current motivate mechanism, such as underdevelopment of the concept, outmoded measures and unitary method of motivate mechanism. Faculty in colleges of armed police forces pursues the honor because they love and respect it, for everything is inferior to the honor. So spiritual encourage should be regarded as a major measure to motivate the teachers, combined with material encourage measure as well as other measures such as self, objective, demand, emotional, environmental and frustration motivate mechanism, etc. It is hoped that these methods could motivate greater potential of the faculty in order to improve teaching efficiency and working enthusiasm. |
