The Construction And Balance Of E-government Information Ecological System

The development of e-government of our country is rapid and the results of it are significant . With the development going in depth, many harmful problems emerge . These problems limit the sustainable development of e-government, affect the efficiency and effectiveness of e-government. Introducing the information ecology theory into the study of e-government is significant for constructing the information ecological environment and information ecological system and for leading a sustainable development of e-government .On the basis of analysing the imbalance of e-government information ecological system , the paper proposes to build a rational,orderly e-government information ecological system. The paper analyses the elements and structural model of the e-government information ecological system . In the light of the imbalance of e-government information ecological system , the paper presents two kinds of adjustive method which are self-organization adjustment and human force adjustment. And design some strategies based on these. To test the idea of the theory, the paper ananlyses the example of e-government information ecological system of United States and summarizes some experiences of construction and balance of e-government information ecological system.
