Research Of Public Security Intelligence Personnel Management Mechanism Based On The Theory Of Information Ecology

Public security intelligence information has become an important strategic resource for the public security intelligence work in the era of big data.For a long time,the intelligence information systems of public security organs have stores mass information.Public security personnel are the core strength of public security intelligence work.Nowadays,with the working environment of public security personnel becomes increasingly complicated,the requirements for work accuracy are getting higher and higher.In order to protect the long-term development of public security intelligence work,the public security intelligence department must take effective measures to discover and adjust the discordant state between the public security intelligence personnel and the working environment.The aim of this paper is to provide a feasible strategy to adjust the balance between public security intelligence personnel and the working environment.First of all,using the method of literature research to summarize the basic theory of information ecology and the concept of public security intelligence personnel management,and demonstrates the information ecological theory is applicable to the management of public security intelligence personnel and capable of providing analysis and solutions to the problems of public security intelligence personnel management.Then,on the basis of empirical research,using the analysis method of information ecosystem balance to analyze the ecological status of public security personnel,it is found that the public security intelligence department has ecological imbalance problems such as incomplete ecological intelligence structure,insufficient team stability and poor information flow.By analyzing the problems,it's found that the causes can be the lack of high-level ecological planning by the public security intelligence department,the lack of capacity of public security intelligence personnel and the interference of information ecological environment factors.Under the guidance of the theory of information ecosystem balance,constructing a public security intelligence personnel management mechanism is an effective way to restore the ecological balance of public security intelligence personnel,and proposes specific construction methods of the public security intelligence personnel management mechanism from three aspects of improving the ability of public security intelligence personnel,transforming intelligence personnel management ecological environment and adjusting the balance between public security intelligence personnel and the management ecological environment.And,it is recommended to adopt measures such as cultivating the intelligence personnel's common value,improving the competition mechanism of intelligence personnel,and monitoring the components of the mechanism to maintain the balance of the management mechanism of public security personnel,so as to ensure the running and upgrade of the mechanism of public security personnel.
