On The Social Causes Of The Necessity Of Democratic Political System

Necessity of adequate establishment in actual political life of democratic political system is caused by politics" basic nature of tool and agent of civil society and utility of drawing up rules for civil society, also by the continuous development of the specific form of civil society, namely high complication of social division of labor and social structure under the process represented by the evolutionary process from agricultural society to industrial society, and the following more obvious and deep actual display of rigidity and objectivity of civil society's rule demand and rules' difficulty and complexity.Social rules'complexity's demands for function of politics that acts as platform of drawing up social rules are different, which causes variety of forms of politics'own rules and systems. In age of agriculture, civil society's characteristic as a society or an organism is weak and its social relations are loose and its rules are relatively simple and fixed. Therefore its demands for politics'function are low. which causes objective demand for relationship between politics and civil society is low and thus politics is able to become alienated from civil society and its subjective tendency of being autocratic gets objective conditions helping its realization. Therefore agricultural society is the social cause of autocratic political system.In age of industry, civil society's characteristic as a society or an organism is strong and its social relations are tight and its social division of labor is complicated and its rules are relatively complicated and changeable. Therefore it needs politics that acts as platform of drawing up social rules and civil society to be highly compatible and integrative and linked and tendency of being autocratic loses objective conditions helping its realization and autocratic political system cannot continue substantively. Yet democratic political system can satisfy above-mentioned requirements. Therefore industrial society is the social cause of democratic political system.
