The study of Marx's philosophy of law has been a major issues of concern academic world. In the globalization era, the traditional theory of Marx's philosophy of law is facing great challenges. Around how to explain Marx's philosophy of law in the view of globalization, the paper try to build a critical and constructive theory of Marx's philosophy. In the framework of Marx's philosophy of law, the research topic is rethinking the meaning of law in the "world history". First of all, the paper raise a question on the legal globalization, and expound that traditional philosophy of law meet the serious challenge of the legal globalization, and determine the views of the study. Secondly, it elaborate the formation of Marx's philosophy of law. Thirdly, there are four parts to explain the meaning of Marx's philosophy of law:the legal philosophy of historical materialism based on "practice", the legal philosophy characterized by human nature, the legal philosophy revolve around "unified law", the legal philosophy about that the law will die. Fourthly, it analyze that domestic scholars and foreign scholars inherit and alien Marx's philosophy of law. Finally, the paper is trying to reconfigure our contemporary theory system of legal philosophy under the guidance of the Marxs'.
