| The development of health service support organization information system for northern borders defense in winter (referred as"the system"below) provides a set of informationalised solutions to enhance the efficiency of organization of health service support and overcome coldness in winter for northern borders defense units below group level. The system is a practical application in of military health service support infomationization reform in basic units. This thesis performs detail analysis and design for the system. Research in this thesis includes three parts: (1) Needs analysis and overall framework of system design. This part analyzed the needs of the decision-making functions in the system and built the design principles and framework of the system based on the analysis of the existing problems in the current system. Then, the thesis analyzed the information processing procedures, information operations and performance, information management and its process of the system and presented the logical design and table design of the database, as well as the interface design for the map. 2) Research of the quantitative calculation methodology of health service support assistance decision-making for borders defense units. This part summarized and designed the requirements of medicine and equipment, the number of non-military medical practitioners, the method of developing estimations of cold weather parameters in operational area, and the route choice model for casualty evacuation in the system. (3) Implementation techniques and application of the system. In this part, the thesis designed the technical framework based on Web GIS and JSP/Servlet techniques, built an health service support system with a structure of combined B/S and C/S, and discussed the effectiveness of the system's main functions and tested the rationality of the system design through a case study. |
