Research On System Construction Of Anti-corruption And Uphold Integrity

With the rapid economic growth and the deepening reform, corruption has been brought about and even spreads throughout the whole society, so it becomes an increasingly noticeable issue in China. Corruption, harmful and destructive, has reached out to various fields of the society at present. Although the Party and the Chinese government has taken a bunch of measures to battle against it, the task of anti-corruption is still formidable, and the situation remains grim. The system is fundamental, stable, protracted and inclusive, but with deficiencies, it breeds the phenomenon of corruption at the same time. Therefore, to speed up the institutional construction has become an inevitable trend for combating corruption and building a clean government.The instructional construction for anti-corruption is historical and global. During the process, theoretical and practical explorations in this aspect have been conducted vigorously at all times and in all over the world. From the traditional Chinese thought of anti-corruption to that of the western thought, and even to that of the Marxist thought, profound ideas on institutional construction are thrown out from time to time, which lay a solid theoretical groundwork for the Chinese institutional construction to fight against corruption and uphold integrity. At the same time with theoretical explorations, a series of steps have been taken in the anti-corruption practices of all Chinese dynasties, different western countries and Chinese communist party members, paving way for the current Chinese anti-corruption cause.This article, by studying the theoretical and practical explorations on anti-corruption at home and abroad, expounds on the meaning of pushing ahead institutional construction to combat corruption, for it is a key guarantee for anti-corruption, the core for improving the rules for punishing corruptive behaviors, as well as a fundamental act for preventing and curing corruption at source. In addition, this article also pertinently proposed measures in promoting the institutional construction, carrying forward institutional innovation, supplying the deficiency in the system and constantly regulating various anti-corruption institutions. Meanwhile, it is also of great importance to reinforce institutional education, raise institutional awareness, enhance consciousness in implementing and enforcing rules, further improve leadership system and working mechanism on anti-corruption, supervise the execution of rules, so as to realize traditional supervision and online surveillance in the meantime and make sure the system is carried out realistically. With the gradual bettering off of anti-corruption institutional construction, the issue of corruption can be curbed to the greatest extent.
