Professor Yang is one of China's earliest expert in Civil procedural law, and the famous scholar in the area. Now he is Law School Professor and PHD supervisor of China University of Political Science, also the Director of Civil Justice Research Center, Consultant of Civil procedural law Research Center, Behavior Research Association Executive of Law Society of Behavioral. Since 1950, Professor Yang has been engaged in legal research and teaching, and his legal thought involved in the basic theory of civil litigation, notary system, the arbitration system, mediation system, judicial system, enforcement system, and other fields. He is in particular soft spot for the enforcement system has been initiated and to proceed with preparations for the enforcement of legislation. As China's first batch of the new Civil Procedure Law expert, Professor Yang of New China in 1982, "Civil Procedure Law (Trial)" and the 1991 enactment and revision of Code of Civil Procedure has made a great contribution, and now its legal ideology still continue to affect the Civil Procedural Law progress.In this paper, it sort out Professor Yang Rongxin's major academic works and legal thinking since the 50s in the 20th century, and summarize his main contributions of law. Combining Chinese Science Citation Database with data on social statistics, as well as outstanding doctoral dissertation CNKI citations in the database, analysis of other scholars and reference to his theory, summed up the contribution of his thinking of legal theory to civil law, civil legislation and Justice. Finally, make an introduction to the representatives of people trained by Professor Yang to demonstrate his contributions to education in China's Civil Procedure Law.
