The study about contractual nature of marrige is very few in our country, and much from the perspective of legal and social rarely analyzed from an economic perspective. The research of Contractual nature of marriage in our country appear lately. Chinese scholars studied under in this field until recent years. These discussions mainly from the perspective of law, social nature and the similarities and differences between aspects of civil contracts. and The discussion on the contract of marriage related issues, especially marriage and the marriage contract and the nature of the similarities and differences and other issues have more deep discussion and exploration. The current research expect no issue from the perspective of economics, and also lack of correlation model using economic analysis of marriage contract of research ideas.In addition, the initial economic terms---"contract", and later evolved into the most important social relations of social, intermediate and experienced a variety of different disciplines, theoretical interpretation of the various disciplines today, the connotation and extension of contract significantly differences and diversity.
