Marx Human Liberation And The Realization Of Human Rights Ideas

Marx's Emancipation is one of the core content of Marxist thought. Marx 's human emancipation based on the criticized ideas of Young Hegelians, Meanwhile, he exposed the hypocrisy of bourgeois human rights, he pointed out that only the liberation of the proletariat through the implementation of human rights is the real human rights, the proletarian revolution to victory, and only through a critical weapon to achieve.This study consists of three steps and contents. First of all, make sure what is the real meaning of Marx's "Liberation" and "human rights". In different times, Marx expressed in the writings of "human liberation" and "human rights" means something different. This article though summarizing the writings of Marx on "Liberation" and "human rights" of the different expression , in order to find out the real meaning of Marx's "Liberation" and "human rights". After that, we can more accurately grasp the realization of Marx's Emancipation and the inherent relationship between human rights.Second, make clear the relationship between the sort of Marxist liberation and human rights. one, in the political emancipation phase, the human rights have been achieved in the form; two, in the economic liberation phase, the human rights have been realized in material; three, stage of human liberation, the realization of human rights have really been realized. Liberation phase of the three different times representing different classes of struggle and hard work, each stage of human rights have been realized to some extent, but the first two phases has its limitations, this is the result of the economic base determined. The last stage of human liberation, the struggle of the proletariat, the human rights before they get a real implementation. This section is the core of this study and the main problem.Finally, where is the purpose of this study, the analysis of Marx's realization of human liberation and human rights, the contemporary value. If our study do not base on the contemporary, the article has no practical value and of no practical significance. I thought that Marx's realization of human rights on human emancipation and contemporary value lies in the following three aspects: the contemporary comprehensive understanding of capitalist society; the building toward the reality of socialism with Chinese characteristics; beyond the concept of human rights, promoting human liberation and communism.
