Marxist Ideas Of Human Rights Create A Course Of Study And Its Contemporary Significance

As we know, Human Rights is the common ideal of mankind. Nowadays, Human Rights has been developing from theory to practice, but also affecting more and more widely. Marx's conception of Human Rights is the most important part of Marxism, which has a very rich theoretical connotation, It goes beyond the bourgeois concept of the Human Rights, and focuses on the human survival and comprehensive development .Therefore ,studying Marx's conception of Human Rights, summarizing the enlightenment of the Marx's conception of Human Rights scientifically have great theoretical and practical significance to solve the issues on the sphere of international Human Rights as well as in China. The purpose of this dissertation is to make a systematic and comprehensive grasp of Mark's Human Rights through analyzing its development track. On the basis of the research of Marx's conception of Human Rights, the dissertation examine the important for the development of the Human Rights in today's society. The dissertation is divided into four parts.Part One covers the prerequisite for Marx's conception of Human Rights from the ideological aspect .Part Two describes the formation and development of Marx's conception of Human Rights. This part is divided into five stages according to the logic development of Marx's conception of human rights, presenting its development process from an immature to a mature. Part Three discusses the basic content of Marx's conception of Human Rights on the basis of the formation and development of Marx's conception of Human Rights. Part Four is an analysis of the contemporary significance of Marx's conception of Human Rights from the theoretical and practical dimensions. It means how to strengthen the study of Marx's thought of human rights, enhance the awareness of the essence of international human rights conflict,and follow the people-oriented principle in order to promote the development of China's Human Rights comprehensively, coordinately and sustainably.Above all, the dissertation shows that Human rights are playing an increasingly important role in toda y with the social development. So, recommendation of respecting for and protecting of Human rights is provided.
