Edmund Burke is an important conservative thinker in the history of political thought of modern Western Europe, known as the father of conservatism; his thoughts caused by domestic scholars'widespread attention in recent years. Burke's conservatism was formed in the period of social transformation like the French Revolution, to maintain the British political system, principles and social order needs. Therefore, a comprehensive and objective understanding and evaluation of Burke's political thought is significant for China which is in the social transformation. The purpose of this article is to explore the ideology content of Burke (the Viewpoint of the State) by taking him playback to a specific historical context, to provide a new path to study Burke. More importantly, we could learn a reference to solve problems by doing this. There are three problems to be solved in this paper, the first is Burke's view of human nature and rights, second the main content of the national concept and third the modern meaning of Burke's thoughts of state.Burke holed that human reason is limited and opposed to take the limited theoretical understanding as the direction of political practice; the society and state are not overturned randomly, because they aren't the results of rational design. Burke believed that each person is important, but he took opposition to natural rights theory, he thought that people do not have natural rights in society, after entering society they must give up natural rights to gain political rights. This is one of the rights of people. On this basis, Burke explained his view of the state。In Burke's opinion, state is a product of the time, history and traditions are very impartment to the state, and religion is the legitimacy of civil society. The establishment of the State is to safeguard the rights and freedoms of citizens; constitutionalism is an important means to do this. Burke's thoughts have great influence and play an important position at the time history of political thought and later years. The Paper analyze the influence from the point of view of the State With the accelerated process of modernization, The Western model of modernization in other countries seems to have become the country's development to the modern textbooks. Rapid economic development and rapid access to international rail the same time, more quantitative analysis of the national traditions can not be too rapid "modernization". The so-called "modern" is often westernized, fast food, which not only national culture, moral character, and gradually reduce in the process and the western side, more important is the process in developing countries civilization, traditions are increasingly alienated. Burke as a conservative politician in the stage of the rise of capitalism also saw the same problem expressed similar concerns, but also from the perspective of his proposed solution. If we say that the cultural system in the country complete the process of modernization can not be well expressed our views on a new development model, then we follow the example of an object from another sound and reflection, may have unintended and reflection effects. This kind of thinking in a certain level may be more acceptable and more likely to be listened to more "convincing." This is the initial starting point for this article. For our part, Burke's thinking, the following three aspects may give us some inspiration. First, China's traditional culture seriously, learn from the wisdom of traditional culture and nutrition guide modernization; Second, the political practice aim at protecting the people's interests, which requires policies must be realistic, in line with the needs of the people; Third, the importance of the rule of law, the law should be formulated to make laws in a fair basis with the public interest, law enforcement should have protected the dignity of the law should be upheld. There are laws must be strictly enforced, violators are prosecuted.
