This article begins with a cautious concept that Berk calls "the gurus, mediator, and highest standards of political life and moral life," and analyzes Burke's different views on the "Glorious Revolution," The comparative analysis of several revolutions formed its own prudent political outlook and discussed the inherent logic of its prudent political concept.Trying to explore the political and legal thoughts under Burke's prudent political concept, and to think about the significance of Burke's prudent political concept to the current social and political practice. The article first introduces the historical background and origin of Burke's prudent political concept. In the era of Berk's political era,Britain was dominated by aristocratic class rule, showing the political structure of a mixed polity characterized by monarchy, aristocracy and representativeism. How to restrict the kingship and imperial governance at the institutional level is the main politics facing the British in the 18 th century.issue.When he was young,Berke accepted classical law education, mastered the natural law theory and the English common law tradition. In addition, his thoughts were deeply influenced by the British domestic empirical philosophy, which constituted the ideological origin of his prudent political concept.Secondly, the article compares and analyzes Burke's different views on the British "Glorious Revolution",the French Revolution and the American Revolution.Based on his attitude towards different political changes,he focuses on the internal treatment of political practice and political change under Burke's prudent political concept.logic.Burke regards the British "Glorious Revolution" as an ideal template for political change, and believes that the American Revolution is the purpose of safeguarding the constitutional principles and based on the traditional concept of freedom of the British, and the French revolution aims to overthrow the existing order and undermine tradition.Based on the abstract rational concept,it violates the realistic foundation of the existence of freedom. It is the reason why it endorses the American Revolution and opposes the French Revolution. In fact,Burke is opposed to metaphysics in politics, which is also the main subject of his cautious political concept. In the eyes of Burke, politics itself has the morality and the virtues of the citizens, and it is a plan for self-goodness,the good of others, and the well-being of human beings.Human reason is limited. The basis for understanding politics and political practice can only be obtained from the experience accumulated in the process of political practice, rather than the abstract theory without empirical test. Therefore,it is necessary to be cautious in dealing with political changes.Burke opposes the completion of social change in a revolutionary way.He believes that the reason for the revolution can only be that "the government is indeed evil and arbitrary, and cannot reform it." It advocates the gradual reform to solve social problems and complete the innovation of power. To achieve political and political life, especially the prudence of political change, depends on the rule of law.It believes that the law should play a positive and positive role in political change and advocates the rule of law to achieve the prudence of political life. Finally, the article analyzes Berke's prudent political concept on the basis of analyzing the internal logic of Burke's prudent political outlook. It compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between prudent reform and rationalist radical political revolution, and discusses the correcting significance of prudent political concept to rationalist radical politics. On this basis,it explains the reflection on the relationship between the rule of law construction and tradition and customs.Law and traditional customs are interdependent and mutually influential. The rule of law construction should pay more attention to the combination of social historical tradition and rational construction. In the political transformation, the law should play a sustained and positive role, which is reflected in the synchronization of political reform and legal development and the confirmation of the effect of law on political change.
