Network Group Incidents Burst Mechanism Studies

Nowadays, with the development of informatization and the coverage extension of the Internet, people's work and life had various influences. "Online society" has built by Internet, which is the important place of network group interaction and network opinions generation. Thus, Internet has become the important platform of information exchange and important way of public opinion expression. In recent years, triggered by the network of mass incidents have been increasing, the development of increasingly complex and varied, and the contemporary social construction and management has had a huge impact and influence. It discusses the feature, type and rule of mass incidents in network society from five parts. The first part introduces the purpose and status of the study, the definition of network mass event and study ideas. The third part gradually analyses the occurrence mode of network mass event according to the "post- gentie- top- repast-outbreak". The fourth part researches the operation rules of network mass event. Firstly, we can understand in-depth the cause of event and the background of characters from massive "Human-powered search". Secondly, many net citizens take part in the investigation depend on network analysis and public opinion creation. They hope events could be solved justly and perfectly as soon as possible. Thirdly, In close attention of net citizens, relevant departments will gradually announce results, but it will cause a new hot debate in network. Finally, some network mass event will appear related follow-up reports, including the question of accident investigation process and the dissatisfaction of result. The fifth part studies the social effect and the importance of network mass event in China civil society, put forward the government, the society, and the personal should be combined closely and adjusted actively in order to guide network mass event toward the good development road.
